Modern problems call for modern solutions! To treat a typical vestibular problem, patients have historically been seen in person by a Vestibular PT 3 times per week for upwards of 4-5 months by a licensed PT in your area.
While this model has worked well to treat these conditions in the past, it just wasn't a right fit to help my Social Media family. So I thought outside the box....
*The following states are not eligible to receive PT services from out of state PT's: California, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, New Mexico, Alaska, Minnesota, Kansas, Illinois, Michigan, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
(I don't like it either, but it's the law. Write your state representatives to make PT more accessible through the PT Compact agreement!)
Don't live in a PT-eligible area, but still need help on your vestibular journey?
I offer vestibular health coaching!
A vestibular health consultation or coaching session is an educational and supportive conversation designed to help you better understand your vestibular condition, make informed choices, and feel empowered on your recovery journey.
A coach or knowledgeable healthcare professional (who may or may not be a physical therapist) helps you:
Understand your diagnosis or symptoms
Navigate treatment options
Make lifestyle adjustments (like stress management or environmental changes)
Set goals and build confidence in managing your condition
💬 If you’re looking for guidance, clarity, and motivation—but not hands-on treatment—vestibular coaching helps you stay on track and take control of your recovery.
$75 per 30-minute session

Vestibular Physical Therapy
Vestibular physical therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy focused on treating dizziness, vertigo, balance problems, and other symptoms related to the inner ear and brain that control balance and eye movements (known as the vestibular system).
A licensed physical therapist will perform an evaluation, identify the cause of your symptoms (such as BPPV, vestibular neuritis, or imbalance), and guide you through customized exercises and treatments to reduce dizziness, improve stability, and help you move confidently again.
🌀 If you’re experiencing frequent dizziness, balance issues, or vertigo, vestibular physical therapy offers structured, evidence-based treatment to help you feel steady and safe again.
